Mr Moore’s son Scott, who latterly managed the business, has taken on a senior position with JKM to give continuity to both the existing customers and staff.

JKM, which was founded in 1990 and has continually expanded in both the property maintenance and commercial refurbishment markets.
JKM also provide emergency, planned and preventative repairs, operating an out-of-hours critical response service 365 days a year.
The company strives to provide superior customer service within the construction industry and the takeover of North Building Maintenance will be a huge benefit to the existing and future customers of both companies.
