decorated. This project was time constrained with only a three and a half week window available and with bookings already made there was no margin for error. The project was delivered on-time and in budget.
Keywest:
The popular Bar/Diner located in the centre of Westhill was designed and built by JKM from a shell of a building. The Bar was designed to incorporate an open plan Kitchen and had a complex curved bar created from hardwood. All services including drainage, heating and ventilation, toilet facilities, and cellars were completely designed and built from the concrete floor up. Since the original refurbishment was carried out nine years ago JKM has provided ongoing maintenance support, compliance testing and inspection.
PLEXUS plc:
Our initial remit with this major Oil and Gas engineering and service company based in Dyce, Aberdeen was to refurbish their new office, workshop and yard space. This involved remodelling the office space to accommodate their staff, reshaping the external yard to provide safe and disabled compliant access, upgrading all the electrics within the workshop and generally ensuring that their building was an efficient and safe environment from which they could expand and grow their business. Following this initial £250,000 refurbishment we have continued to work with the client to provide ongoing maintenance services and are currently working with them on the next phase of their expansion plans to provide a complete new roof over the premises, a new high pressure testing area and a potential third floor of offices.
