Jim Mitchell, Managing Director
	E-Mail: jim.mitchell@jkmservices.co.uk Jim Mitchell was the founder of the company when it was launched in 1990. At that time, with more than ten years experience with a major oil player, Jim recognised a need in the construction industry for a more professional and customer-focused service. He grasped this opportunity and created JKM. Over the years the company has flourished and Jim now leads a dedicated team of more than sixty employees. He continually strives to ensure that JKM, as a team, listens to each individual customer and delivers precisely what is required. Jim is a keen marathon runner and is a key member of a group of Aberdeen businessmen who run marathons throughout the world to raise funds for a number of local charities. He is married with two sons and lives in Aberdeen.
Reactive Maintenance Department
Keith Fowler, Operations Director
	E-Mail: keith.fowler@jkmservices.co.uk Keith Fowler served his time as a joiner with a local Aberdeen company and was self-employed when he joined JKM in 1992. Keith has progressed through the company and now leads the busy Reactive Maintenance Department, dealing with customers needs 24/7/365 days a year. Keith and his team strive to provide JKM's customers with a high level of service. He lives with his wife and three children in Aberdeen and is a keen football coach involved with Cove Boys Club.
Austin Hay, Senior Operations Co-ordinator
	E-Mail: austin.hay@jkmservices.co.uk Austin Hay joined the company in May 2007 after 28 years with Richard Irvin Group. Austin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to JKM's team of professionals. He's married with one daughter and lives in Aberdeen . A keen golfer who is also actively involved with local amateur football.
Projects Department
John Morgan, Projects Director
	E-Mail: john.morgan@jkmservices.co.uk John Morgan joined the company following five years in the construction industry with RB Farquhar, latterly as Operations Director in the accommodation hire business. John has a wealth of experience in building effective teams and has a strong belief that the foundation to his own success is to ensure that each team member is encouraged and assisted to develop. A former Highland League and Junior footballer, John has become a much better player since he retired! In his youth he was a Scottish Karate Champion but now golf is his only means of exercise. John lives in Peterhead with his wife and two children.
Mark Bain, Senior Projects Manager
	E-Mail: mark.bain@jkmservices.co.uk Mark Bain joined the company as a Painter and Decorator nine years ago and has since worked his way through the ranks to become Project Manager. Mark manages various projects from office refurbishment to insurance and private works. His main duty is to liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure jobs are to the customer's specification and after completion he reviews each job. Mark enjoys all types of sport but especially trying to keep his golf handicap as low as possible.
David Bain, Project Manager
	E-Mail: david.bain@jkmservices.co.uk David brings a wealth of experience within the joinery and building department at JKM after running Aberdyce Joinery for thirty four years. He also spent two years as a clerk of works with Aberdeen City Council and this combined knowledge enhances the company's ability to problem solve when challenges are presented. David is a keen "Pigeon Fancier" and lives in Aberdeen with his wife.
Estimate/Sales Department
Eddie Davie, Sales Director
	E-Mail: eddie.davie@jkmservices.co.uk Eddie Davie has been with the company for nine years. With 30 years experience in the building industry he is highly knowledgeable of multi-trade disciplines. A Quantity Surveyor to trade, Eddie heads JKM's estimating/surveying department. Originally from Mintlaw, he now lives in Aberdeen , is married with three sons and is a keen golfer.
Allan Manson, Surveyor
	E-Mail: allan.manson@jkmservices.co.uk Allan Manson joined the company in April 2006. He has a good grounding in the construction/maintenance industry with a trade background of 27 years. He is currently studying for a BSc Hons in Construction, Design and Management. Allan listens to the customers needs and delivers the service with vigour and enthusiasm. He is a keen fly fisher, is married with one son and lives to the north of the city.
